The flat fee is $250.00 for complete representation on a traffic infraction for first time clients. This fee include filing all needed documents with the Prosecutor and the Court, reviewing the evidence against you, checking to make sure all radar/laser/odometers used in your case were certified, negotiating with the Prosecutor if needed, appearing in court on your behalf, and arguing the case at a contested hearing when required. The flat fee for current clients is $200.00 for a traffic infraction. The cost for criminal defense depends on the facts of your case. The initial case review is free.
